Fall Class

Commencing on Wednesday, September 7th, we will have a 5-week class centring on dealing with conflicts in relationships, using Rev. Gary Simmons' book "The I Of The Storm" as our primary resource. While former classes have taken more of a "book study" format, this will be an actual class with discussion, questions & answers, possibly some role-playing, etc.

The classes will be held in the boardroom of Chimo Youth and Family Services, 277 Kent Street West, starting at 7:00 p.m. Parking is available at the rear of the building and the entrance is off the parking lot.

Although this will not be a book-study class, those attending are asked to read "The I Of The Storm" in preparation for the classes, as follows:

For September 7th, chapters 1 and 2

For September 14th, chapters 3 and 4

For September 21st, chapters 5 and 6

For September 28th, chapters 7 and 8

For October 5th, chapters 9, 10 and 11

For each class, please choose one question for class discussion from the "AWARE-APY" section at the end of the chapters reviewed. Please also note that these assignments may change as the class proceeds and this page will be updated accordingly.
